We are excited and grateful to have you represent and manage this “full circle” journey for us, which is particularly special for us as it is the first house we ever owned as a family, it is where we added our final and 4th child, it’s where we were proud to make the house our family home.

Our home on Rausch Street has been more than just a place to live—it’s where our family has truly thrived. With four young children, the peace and privacy here have been a real blessing, giving our kids the space to play and explore safely. The sunlight that streams into the living area fills the space with warmth, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere that feels effortless to maintain. We’ve loved the communal open plan living, especially the new, functional kitchen where we gather for meals and moments together. The addition of the servery has made entertaining friends and family by the pool or BBQ a breeze, seamlessly connecting our indoor and outdoor spaces. Our low-maintenance yard has provided ample space for weekend fun with the kids, while the four generously sized bedrooms and huge storage space have kept everything organized and comfortable. Being able to walk to our favourite coffee shops, local amenities, grocery stores has only added to the ease of living here. Not to mention, having a bike and walking track and expansive park and playground just a few minutes away is an added bonus. This part of Toongabbie isn’t just where we live; it’s where we’ve built a life full of special moments. We’re confident that whoever moves in next will find it just as warm and welcoming as we have.
